I build ecosystems for the job market: recruitment and the FHR agency, the courses, Sertarul cu Candidați, the communities, the conferences and the content I create for all of them are expressions of the same mission.
I love understanding what motivates people, what holds them back, what makes them stay in an organization and how we can create contexts where the right people land in the places where they can have the greatest impact.
I believe recruitment is, above all, about people. The job market is changing, and recruitment has to go beyond CVs, processes and KPIs, toward relationships, trust, transparency and experiences that make people want to work together. Every project I'm developing today grew out of this belief.
